Chapter 15. Angels and Cancer, Spiritual aspects

CHAPTER 15
ANGELS AND CANCER
Every cloud has a silver lining

I have long suspected a relationship between angels and cancer - I have no proof of this but it’s worthwhile to consider the possibility. We have fear of angels and we have fear of cancer.

Few of us are familiar on a conscious level with our angel. When we consider that our angel has always been with us through all steps of our growth process, intimately connected with our physical changes, available for guidance to give comfort, then we have to ask ourselves ‘Where is it? What is stopping us from having it? From knowing it. And where is that located in our physical body, our emotional body, our mental attitudes, our spiritual beliefs and/or dogmas, even our connection to the higher powers, what is unknowable, unseeable and unheard of?’

When we were in the womb with our companion the placenta, our succour and comforter, did we realise it as a physical manifestation of the angel and then, at birth it is flushed down the toilet maybe. And when as a child we had fear of the dark did we realise it was really the angel there that we tried to keep at bay. And when the angel comes toward the end of our life, and says it is time for us to return, to leave, how much do we resist that. That is our cancer?

The modern theory says it (the cancer) tries to make us immortal, but it has to feed off the mortal, and in doing so we feel the immortal again in our death, and we feel the initiations in the sufferings that ‘come upon us’.

There is a plant that does this, the mistletoe. It has been connected for ages with the Wisdom from Above, reverenced especially by the ancient Druids. When the tree is beginning to die the mistletoe seed has to pass through a special bird, the mistletoe bird, to be ready for the sprouting. The mistletoe seed takes hold on a branch, not on the ground and begins to grow, leaf and flower. This allows the tree to seem to spread out to its former self, but in reality it is pulling in its cycle and going back to ashes.
In the cold winter the mistletoe will continue to live but the tree will be leafless. When all its essence will wish to contract back into its root in the earth, some it will have no control over, and it will be drawn back up into the mistletoe. It, the mistletoe does a good job because when the Spring comes again, the life force of the tree will have some remnant to follow, to grow upon in order to return the juice to limbs for next season’s growth.

This life is said to be a wonder, there is a mortal part associated with the body, an immortal part associated with the soul. By some great gift of grace, the mortal is allowed to fuse with immortal, to infuse it, to enliven it, and to sustain it, and then to release it. This is nature, this is the cycle. To be aware of the immortal is a joy. To be aware which is which, that is wisdom.

Around us in unseen worlds there are many immortal beings to help us, angels, saints, goddesses. To learn of our immortality we can acknowledge them, revere them and work with them. To give our immortal love and respect to them is a boon and a blessing. When we can put it outside of ourself, the cancer will change to a lover, a curse will become a blessing.

This idea first came to my attention during some angel healing work with a friend, K. She said she’d love to see her angel. She said she can hear them and talk to them no end, but had never seen them. Why? I said the visual aspect of your angel exists in a fragment of yourself you don’t know exists, a part you are not conscious of, and cannot access alone. We used angel signature and angel dance to access this and, without being in a trance, she saw the angel and much more, including several goddesses, all of whom we talked to. It was beautiful for me. But now she cant remember that, again.

I asked whereabouts on the body is this fragment located. The body is a mirror of the Universe in the tradition of ‘as Above, so Below’. It has a reflection of all things. So somewhere this ‘seeing’ fragment must be located in the body. I used kinesiology, which is a form of muscle-testing, to locate the place. When I looked at that spot it was a cyst. ‘Huh’. Now, a cyst occurs in a place where it is hard for our consciousness to access on a cellular level. I just had to ask ‘might not a tumour be the same?’

Then I began checking with others I work with and sure enough lumps and cysts were appearing in the body locations of the immortals. I am hearing of many people with cancers lately and it bothers me. I think my angel is bothering me about it. I know angels is not the bottom line with cancer. There is more involved, usually the shock of abandonment, and exposure to uncontrollable forces etc. But a good angel or two can be very comforting, especially in knowing you are not alone.

I have one friend. At one time he couldn’t quite understand where I was coming from with my angels. Later he was diagnosed with a cancer. He had some herbal juice and saw an angel. I am sure a change came about from that point on. He was then quite more aware of what I was doing, and learned to call on the various Archangels to speed his recuperation.

An important aspect of this work is what I call ‘evolving the fragments’. A child who honours the angel is split off from the child part who is scared, out of not-knowing or even not wanting to see, or even hear, or even feel. These split off parts remain not loved, not acknowledged and do not belong anywhere. They come in sometimes, and give us ‘strange’ feelings and impulses. They are ‘unevolved’ and to the other, the angel will appear ‘deformed’ even ‘devilish’. One lady said when she first saw her angel he had a big bottom. I said ‘Lucky you, that is your fear, it means you won’t have a big bottom’. Another lady said she saw the devil and instead of running away she went towards it filled with love. She went right through it and when she looked back it had turned into an angel.

As far as totem animals go, let us look at the shark. I like sharks. They are the scavengers of the ocean, clean up all the dead material. That is possibly why shark cartilage is considered an alternative adjunct in therapy. They say chemotherapy is like a wild dog, it eats up everything. We might look at the dingo here, but I’m not suggesting you eat dingo.

Q.      Do angels have a cure for cancer?
I don’t think there is any one way. You have to find the way that works for you. You have to find the way into the fragment (or fragments) where the cancer is being created. Then evolve it, one way or another. There are many instances of spontaneous remissions. There does not have to be suffering.

This way into the fragment may often be via a secret. This secret may be a hidden thing or a lie. It may not even be your secret. It may well be a family secret or even a community secret. Exposing the secret may benefit many, in the long run. It may be a world wide secret.
Welcome the release. The main challenge is to get the main system to know what the Fragment is doing. One possibility is to use parts of the tumour or cyst in a homeopathic form in order to relay to the rest of the system the information on the fragment. This will then require acceptance, and journeying, to completion, in order to come to terms with the fragment information.

Q.      Why do people create cancers?
There is something they do not know, or are hiding. It may be in a hidden place. It could be a family secret. Here are inherited disorders. It could be a personal secret such as war experiences. They do not wish to face them. They happened in another country, they were coerced into them.
When they can take the step into the secret as if it were a movie, they can be healed. They have angel helpers and ancestor helpers. They must be willing to know and share the secret, and so must their family.
It may be a lost secret or even a lost memory.
Call on the saints, especially your guardian saint to help you retrieve what has been lost. It may be a lost love. It may be a secret love or even love of secrets.
Denial is also a factor. Secrets and denial e.g. smoking does not harm me.
Life needs to be embraced. Truth and Love need to be found. No distortions. No compromise. They do exist. The Source is inside of you. Go there.

Florence and her Mother
Florence had a skin cancer on her eyelid. Both her mother and father had died of cancer. She spoke to me animatedly about her condition but I noticed she went soft when she spoke of someone who had been lost. She said she had ‘lost’ her mother. I suggested she try to find her mother again. ‘She is waiting there for you to look. She is not lost. She is found. When you will find her, then she can help you with the family condition.’

Look for the silver in the cloud, look for the gold.
